"Exchange was easier than I thought, but still annoying"
I had to exchange a top it went smoother than I expected. Still, it’s annoying having to deal with an exchange in the first place, and waiting around for it is always annoying. The process itself was fine, just a little frustrating because I hate when something doesn’t work out and then you have to go through all that back-and-forth.

"I really do like a lot of..."
I really do like a lot of the styles, and when something fits right, it looks great. But the sizing is all over the place. I’ll order the same size in two different tops and one fits perfectly while the other is way too tight. It gets frustrating having to keep returning things, even though I still find pieces I like.

"Ashley Stewart is making me rethink my usual go-to"
I’ve ordered from Ashley Stewart a few times now and haven’t had any real issues. I’m usually loyal to my regular clothing brand, so I wasn’t expecting to start shopping here as much as I have, but the fits have been good and the styles are really cute for both everyday stuff and going out. Shipping has been quick for me too. The prices are fair, especially when there’s a sale, so now I’m kind of torn between sticking with my usual favorite and checking Ashley Stewart first

"Holds Up Well After Washing"
I’ve washed it twice now and it still fits the same and looks good. Nice to have something I don’t have to worry about shrinking or getting weird after laundry.

"I stopped by the store it..."
I stopped by the store it was about what I figured it would be. I already kind of had it in my head that the clothes would be cute but the shopping experience might be a little hit or miss, and that’s basically what happened. The styles were nice and I actually found good sizes, which was a plus. But checkout took way too long, and the staff seemed busy or distracted, which kind of confirmed my feeling that the store can be a bit disorganized. Not a terrible visit at all, just not perfect.

"Soft and comfy, way better than some tops I’ve tried"
I ordered a couple of tops from Ashley Stewart, the fabric feels really nice on my skin. Compared to some other shirts I’ve bought that felt scratchy or stiff after a few hours, these were much softer and easier to wear. They’re not itchy at all, and I like that they have a little bit of stretch. One of the shirts was a little thinner than I thought it would be, but it was still comfortable enough to wear all day. Shipping was fine too. Overall, I’m happy with them and would give it 4 stars, mostly because the comfort is really good

"Tracking was kinda all over the place!!!"
My order showed up totally fine, so no real complaints there!!! But the tracking was annoying, it barely updated and even showed the wrong info for like a whole day!!! Not the worst experience ever, just a bit frustrating!!!

"Colors were spot on in person"
I ordered a few tops from Ashley Stewart, and I was really pleased that the colors looked just like they did on the site. The green top especially was the exact rich shade shown in the photo, not faded, muddy, or different once it arrived.

That kind of accuracy makes a big difference when shopping for clothes online. I didn’t feel like I had to guess or hope for the best, what I picked is exactly what showed up, and I really appreciate that

"Usually good stock, but not always"
I can usually find my size on Ashley Stewart, which I do appreciate because some places act like they only ordered two of everything. A couple of items I wanted were already gone in the colors I liked, so that was a little annoying, but there was still enough to choose from. Shipping updates were decent too. I’m giving 4 stars because the inventory could definitely be a bit more consistent

The tops had a nice soft feel without being thin or clingy, and the jeans had just the right amount of stretch while still feeling sturdy. I also appreciated that the stitching and seams looked clean, not rushed or cheap. I washed them before wearing, and they didn’t shrink or lose their shape, which is always a big plus. Definitely glad I ordered and would shop there again.

"Payment was kind of a hassle"
The order itself was fine, but my card got charged twice for a little while. The refund did come through later, so it wasnt a huge deal, I just wish the billing part had been smoother

"The rewards actually come in handy"
I shop here often, so I noticed quickly that the rewards points are actually worth using. On my last order, I was able to take some money off at checkout, and it was super easy to apply. It just makes sense if you’re already buying here anyway
